Comes available with 2-filter selections which provide optimum light levels for entering healthy eyes and those with cataracts. It has 68 focusing lenses that range from -30 to +38 diopters for better resolution. Its neutral filter provides the ideal amount of color-accurate light for entering healthy eyes without unwanted reflex. The opacity setting provides the brightest light for easy entry.
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
