Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placement at support@bttnusa.com. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method once confirmed.

Return Policy

We accept returns for most unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at support@bttnusa.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant pictures (required for damaged items).
  2. Upon approval, we'll send you a prepaid return label (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
  3. Return the item within 5 business days.
  4. We'll inspect the returned item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered-with items (stickers, markings, missing packaging)
  • Products requiring a medical license for purchase
  • Refrigerated, hazardous, sterile, or tissue-analysis products
  • Chemicals, drop-shipped items, COVID tests, discontinued products
  • Narcotics, controlled substances, syringes, short-dated products
  • N95 Masks (due to hygiene concerns)

Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
  • Return requests after 14 days will be denied.
