Description
Single-use tube features a black positioning ring and a high volume/low pressure cuff. X-ray opaque and graduated. Nasal and oral use. Not to be used where surgical laser light may come into contact with tube. Test inflate all cuffs before use. Ruschelit PVC. Sterile.

- License address must exactly match the shipping address

For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
