Description
The one-two punch for evacuation system maintenance in one convenient kit. Kit includes 1 jar of Vacuum Shock, 1 jar of Vacuum Clean and 1 Pour & Clean Bottle for pre-mixing. Clean tablets can be used as a cost effective detergent to clean high/low speed lines from tip to trap by dissolving 5 tablets in the Pour and Clean pre-mix bottle for premixing concentrate.

For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
