ONE-CARE Glucose Monitoring System features large display for ease of read by people with Diabetes and large buttons for convenient user interface. Our AUTO-CODING technology will match the strip batch for you without a need for manual entry. Only Small Blood Sample of 0.5ul is required, therefore the meter is ALTERNATE SITE TESTING capable . You can expect fast and highly accurate test results thanks to our latest biosensor technology. The meter is equipment with automated STRIP EJECTOR to safely remove the test strip after use for your convenience. The meter automatically powers on and shuts down when the strip is inserted/ejected to save battery. Storage of 500 results with 14 day average enables efficient glucose monitoring and management. The Kit includes: 1 Glucose Meter, 10 Test Strips, 1 Lancing Device with Multiple Depth Settings and Auto-Eject Function for Safety, 10 Ultra-Thin Lancets of 30G, 1 Carry Case, 1 Log Book, 1 User Manual.
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
Note: A DEA license will not meet the requirement.
