Description
Assembled with quality components, perfect for wound closures. Arranged in order of use. Select from satin finished or mirror finished stainless steel instruments. All trays are CSR wrapped. Trays contain: 4" x 4" gauze, 2" x 2" gauze, 3 different size needles, 12cc syringe, 2 oz medicine cup, Webster needle holder, Iris scissors, Mosquito forceps, Adson forceps, fenestrated drape, towel/drape.

- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
