Provides instant local anesthesia for many procedures as well as adequate anesthesia for deep needle insertion. Due to the small volume of local anesthetics used by jet injection, tissue distention experienced with needle injections are virtually eliminated. May be used with local anesthetics, steroids and other medicaments. Has interchangeable Extenda Tips and sheaths for easy sterilization. Consistent depth of penetration of 4-4.5mm below the epithelium and makes a wheal at the base of the injection of 5-6mm in diameter. Consistent volume of 0.1cc per injection intradermally.
