Description
The microINR System is a portable device, intended for monitoring patients under warfarin therapy. It measures prothrombin time expressed in International Normalized Ratio units. The microINR System is intended both for healthcare professionals at Point of Care settings, as well as patient self-testing. The microINR System consists of a microINR Meter and microINR Chips . System specifications: Testing fresh capillary whole blood from a fingerstick. Sample volume; at least 3uL, System ISI for whole blood is approximately 1, Meter Specifications: View data history, up to 199 tests, rechargeable battery, 2 buttons . Integrated and independent on-board QC.

For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address

For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
