The 12" gloves are for high-risk clinical settings where extra protective coverage is required to guard against bloodborne pathogens or infectious liquids. The material has been tested with 10 chemotherapy drugs to determine permeation and breakthrough times.

For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address

For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
