HALYARD* PUREZERO* ULTRA VIOLET* Nitrile Exam Gloves are designed for use in laboratories, research environments and clean areas with applications in pharmaceutical, medical device manufacturing, biotechnology and food processing/handling. HALYARD* PUREZERO* ULTRA VIOLET* Nitrile Exam Gloves are tested for use against 57 chemicals and 14 chemotherapy drugs. The beaded cuff allows for ease of donning, and textured fingertips provide tactile agility.

For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
