Aquafresh® toothpastes seek to provide care for the entire family. Aquafresh Extreme Clean Whitening uses micro-active foaming action to help restore natural whiteness. Contains 0.25% sodium fluoride. Aquafresh® 0–2 toothpaste is specially designed for babies aged 0–2 years and should be used as soon as a baby's first tooth emerges. Fluoride free, no artificial colors or preservatives, safe to swallow.
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
Note: A DEA license will not meet the requirement.
