Description
The Alaris Pump module is designed to transport fluids, medications, blood and blood products using constant or intermittent delivery for adult, pediatric or neonatal patients. Infusion delivery can occur via clinically acceptable routes of administration. Features: Temperature Range: 41 to 104 degrees. Relative humidity: 20 to 90%. Atmospheric Pressure: 525 to 4560 mmHg. Class 1, Type CF Defibrillator Proof.

For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
