Ostomy system utilizes an innovative Adhesive Coupling Technology that connects the pouch to the skin barrier and eliminates the need for plastic rings that must be snapped or locked together. Instead of a plastic ring, Esteem synergy pouches feature a flat, flexible adhesive foam ring that securely connects to a flexible, clear landing zone on the skin barrier. The result is a low-profile, flexible two-piece system.
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
Note: A DEA license will not meet the requirement.
