Whole blood controls designed for use with most 3-part differential hematology analyzers. Tri level 3PD controls are packaged 6 x 3.0 ml configuration. Each pack contains 2 vials of each level . Comprehensive Quality Assurance Program available at no charge with the purchase of these products. 110-day closed vial stability. 14-day open vial stability.
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
Note: A DEA license will not meet the requirement.
