Description
4 oz specimen container. Meets the NCCLS specimen handling guidelines for primary containers. Full turn screw thread provides excellent leak-resistant seal. Translucent polypropylene container is tough, durable, non-breakable and inert. Tolerates strong acids, bases and most organic solvents. Sterile containers have an integrity seal or O.R. package. The cup is graduated in both a U.S. and Metric scale.

For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
