Description
Ready to use in a sterile peel pouch. Completely disposable after grinding, no clean-up or sterilization required. Specimen can be cooled during grinding. Grinder tube doubles as a specimen container for transport and storage. Protective sleeve helps to contain any aerosolization created during grinding. Tissue is ground quickly due to fresh grinding surface.

- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
