Each kit contains: 1 3-Compartment Plastic Tray, 1 Pair Gloves, 1 Cleaning Brush, 4 Gauze Sponges, 4 x 4, 4 Large Pipe Cleaners, 2 Cotton-Tipped Applicators, 1 Cotton Twill Tape, 1 tracheostomy Dressing, 1 Large Polylined Drape, 16 x 18.

- License address must exactly match the shipping address

For Individual Practitioners:
