The MI 1000 light is part of the "cutting-edge" MI LED SERIES by Medical Illumination International. The light emits very low heat is output rated at 65,000 lux at 4,300° Kevin color temperature. The MI1000 50,000 hour LED use significantly less electric consumption than standard halogen lights. Lighting equipment has a three year limited warranty.
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
Note: A DEA license will not meet the requirement.
