This economical frock is ideal for visitors and other wearers who don't require highly protective garments. The frock does a great job protecting clothes while offering comfort and breathability. The elastic wrist on the frock allows easy donning of gloves and protective sleeves and are cut to an appropriate length as a safeguard for full coverage. A mandarin snap collar provides additional coverage of the chest and neck area.
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
Note: A DEA license will not meet the requirement.
