German 2.5v lamp for bright illumination. Bayonet locking otoscope head. Removable 4X magnifying lens. Rheostatic on/off switch. Autoclavable, polypropylene ear specula in sizes 2.5mm, 3.5mm and 4.5mm . Veterinary model includes 4mm, 5mm, and 7mm specula sizes. Knurled brass handle with a beautiful satin finish. Ergonomically designed for comfort. Compact instrument measures just under 7 1/2" and weighs approximately 7 oz. Powered by 2 C cell batteries . Comes with zippered leatherette storage pouch that holds the otoscope and included specula. Inspected and packaged in the U.S.A. from foreign components. One year quality performance guarantee.

- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
