Large capacity 2 1/2 rings ideal for hospital and long-term care use to accommodate the ever increasing records storage demands being implemented by OBRA. Holds over 450 sheets plus accessories. No more unnecessary thinning of patient charts is required. Features a tripolymer molded process for extra strength and durability, along with the Twin Hinge for years of guaranteed usage. Heavy duty rings provide maximum protection against separation and paper tear out. Three-ring top or side opening. Specify color when ordering: Aqua, Dark Blue, Burgundy, Forest Green, Lilac, Mauve, Ruby, Seafoam Green, and Sienna.

For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
