The Portex« Per-fitÖ percutaneous kits are designed to permit a safe, fast, and cost-effective percutaneous tracheostomy procedure with minimal complications. The Per-fitÖ flexible PVC tube features a tapered distal tip and a low-profile cuff designed to reduce insertion force, and more readily conform to the individual patientÆs anatomy. The obturator/dilator is engineered to fit the tube snugly, allowing an easier transition through the tissue into the trachea.
