Description
The thin profile of this dressing is designed to minimize bunching and rolling up, leading to improved wear times and cost-effectiveness. Indicated for use for the management of lightly exuding Stage I Pressure Ulcers, post-operative wounds, other partial thickness wounds, and for protection of at risk skin sites . Does not contain natural rubber latex.

For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
