This deluxe, heavy duty dispenser provides an aseptic barrier against operatory aerosols and accidental spatter. Top of dispenser opens for easy loading of up to 50 cotton rolls; sliding drawer will dispense up to 4 rolls with a single pull. Non-skid base prevents movement when placed on tabletop or counter. Simplifies the use of cotton rolls while providing maximum protection for you, your staff and your patients. Size: 4" x 3.3" x 2"
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
Note: A DEA license will not meet the requirement.
