Tough, shatterproof polypropylene connectors permit visual monitoring of fluids. Sterile connectors are packaged in individual plasti-paks; non-sterile connectors packed in convenient dispenser cartons. 5-in-1 connectors connect two tubes ranging from 5-11mm . 6-in-1 connectors join three tubes in any combination of six sizes. T connectors join 3 tubes in any combination of five sizes. Latex free.
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
Note: A DEA license will not meet the requirement.
