A multi-pocketed, heavy-duty nylon medical bag with a 19mm foam padded bottom. Features a double zipper opening for main compartment, 10" x 9" x 4", two interior zippered pockets 6" x 4", back file folder pocket 13" x 8" and front zippered pocket that measures 13" x 9" x 5" when closed. Includes an adjustable, removable webbed shoulder strap and two contoured handles for easy carrying. One year warranty.
Accepted Licenses
For Business Accounts:
- Pharmacy or wholesale distributor license issued by the state board
- License address must exactly match the shipping address
- License must be from the same state as the shipping address
For Individual Practitioners:
- Doctor, dentist, or nurse practitioner license issued by the state board
- Address does not need to match, but license must still be from the same state as the shipping destination
