When Can I Expect My Products To Be Delivered?
In order to achieve such low prices, bttn. needs to aggregate all the order quantities before we can begin shipping. With any given group purchase we estimate a timeline of 21-28 business day to receive your products.
How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as your order is created, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully placed. This will give us the ability to generate a shipping label. Once a shipping label is generated, you will receive a follow up email indicating your UPS tracking numbers once they ship so you can track your packages.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
We're happy to help with refunds! If you're not happy with your products, they're unused and less than 30 days has gone by, we will be sure to issue a full refund, minus shipping and processing fees. This should bring you back to the bttn. website already signed into your account. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam and junk folders as emails will occasionally be sent directly there. Why Did I Receive Multiple Shipping Confirmation Emails?
