Product Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Requests:  

All orders may be cancelled with a full refund before the order has shipped from the vendor.  Please contact support@bttnusa.com with your order number as soon as possible to request a cancellation.  If the item has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Please note that after your order is cancelled the refund make take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your original form of payment.

Returns:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact bttn immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

bttn will accept returns within 14 days of delivery confirmation and must be returned in the same condition it was received, unused and in its original packaging. If you need to return your purchase for any reason, please contact support@bttnusa.com, include your order number and reason for return.  Our supply team will evaluate your return request and if accepted will send a prepaid return label. Upon receiving the returned items they will be inspected and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that the refund make take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your original form of payment. 

Any requests to return products after 30 days will be reviewed and if approved a refund in the form of store credit will be applied to your account. We are unable to issue cash or credit card refunds after 30 days. 

The following represent items that are non-returnable:

  • Narcotics and other controlled substancesNo returns permitted for products that are regulated, hazardous, or chemicals
  • Any item which has been used, or opened, is only partially complete, stickered, marked, damaged, defaced, or is without all original packaging, labeling, package inserts, or operating manuals.
  • No returns permitted for discontinued product.
  • Products that are used, processed instruments (sterilized) or instruments used to analyze human body tissue are not returnable.
  • Short-dated (e.g. less than 90 day’s shelf life), outdated, or seasonal product.
  • N95 Orders - N95 masks are designed to fit securely on the face and may cause discomfort, bruising and or broken skin on the bridge of the nose. bttn will not accept returns on N95/KN95 masks due to the way the may fit or feel while wearing them

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure your items are replaced is to request a return, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can also connect you with a sales representative to assist you in placing a new order.
