Customer Advisory Board (CAB)

The purpose of the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is to guide bttn’s strategic direction of the company based on feedback and insight from leaders across our customer base. Our CAB members represent expertise across a range of healthcare disciplines and offer our engineering and leadership teams suggestions regarding the features, usability, and functionality of the bttn platform and supply chain optimization.

The CAB members serve a cross-section of healthcare, including dentistry, rural hospitals, home care, hospice, and health systems. The CAB will help ensure bttn is building a platform that considers variables ranging from practice size and regulatory issues to order frequency and product wish lists.

The members of the CAB are well regarded and respected members of their respective communities who are leading their industries. We are grateful for their contributions to our vision and future.

Meet the bttn Customer Advisory Board

Dr. Matt Hansen


Matt began his career as a pediatric physical therapist with an emphasis on neurological rehab in the Seattle area. Always an entrepreneur, he started his own therapy staffing and consulting company right out of grad school. After moving back to his home state of Utah with his young family almost a decade ago, Matt has helped multiple organizations in the healthcare or allied industries to thrive....
Matt's two greatest professional passions are helping people to live the healthiest and happiest life possible, and assisting organizations with a great cause to achieve their vision. Interests include home care, hospice, social determinants of health, organizational rebuilds and start-ups with a novel solution. Matt is a strategic thinker who describes himself as a visionary with an operational mindset to get things done. He currently serves full-time as the Executive Director for the Home Care & Hospice Association of Utah, and as a part-time Deputy Director for the Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado; APTA Home Health, an Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association; and APTA Colorado. He continues to provide consulting services and documentation defense through his business, and to speak and write professionally.
Matt has clinical degrees in physical therapy from the University of Utah, and an international MBA. He is fluent in Spanish and has been working on becoming fluent in Greek, his late grandmother's first language. Matt is enthusiastic about life, with a love for family, faith, and people. He enjoys traveling with his wife and three children; learning about history and different cultures; reading; being outdoors (hiking and fly fishing being two favorite activities); running and recreational sports.

Jody Fleming


Ms. Fleming has been with Strategic Partners, the solutions services of NCHA, since 2000. The NCHA represents 130 hospitals and health systems in North Carolina and the facilities range in size and complexity from individual practices to multi-hospital health systems and include teaching, rural, specialty, and continuing care facilities. ...
In her role at NCHASP, she is responsible for business development, strategic planning and operations, contract development, and statewide marketing initiatives. We asked Ms. Fleming to be part of our Customer Advisory Board because we know she has a broad and deep understanding of the dynamic needs of a multitude of healthcare providers, and she will help shape bttn to meet the needs of her members and healthcare providers.

Bracken Killpack

Executive Director

Bracken is the Executive Director of the Washington State Dental Association, the largest organization of dentists in the state of Washington. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington Society of Association Executives, the American Society of Constituent Dental Executives, the Washington Dentists Insurance Agency, and the Washington State Dental Association Foundation....
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a track record of growing his association’s membership through the development of innovative programs. He was recently named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's 2021 40 Under 40 class.
While dentistry runs in the family, Bracken was initially attracted to the Washington State Dental Association through the lens of public policy, a role he finds professionally rewarding and challenging. With deep experience in Management, Strategic Planning, Negotiations, Policy Analysis, Business Strategy, and Volunteer Management, he has found the entrepreneurial spirit of the members of the WSDA a deeply satisfying professional endeavor.
Bracken holds an MBA from the Michael G. Foster School of Business, University of Washington, and a B.A. from Willamette University. He lives in the Puget Sound area with his wife and two daughters. When he is not working, he enjoys theater and spending time with his family. In a post-pandemic world, he looks forward to resuming travel and visiting museums.
