Smith and Nephew Hypafix Dressing Retention Sheet 2" x 10 yard (4209) is a comfortable, nonwoven dressing retention tape that stretches for easy application and patient comfort. Hypafix is waterresistant with a non-irritating adhesive that acts as an excellent secondary dressing for gauze, foams, gels, etc. Hypafix secures dressings, tubes, catheters and instruments quickly and easily and even in hard-to-tape areas.

Usual Allowable Amount: Based on frequency of change of wound cover; up to 2 units (36 sq. in.) per dressing change when wound cover is 16 sq. in. or less; up to 3 units (54 sq. in.) per dressing change when wound cover is 16 to 48 sq. in; up to 4 units (72 sq. in.) per dressing change when wound cover is greater than 48 sq. in.
Note: a unit is based on 1-in. wide tape

Return Policy

30-day return policy.

You can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
